City of Belfast
Grand Black Chapter

Annual Demonstration
Venues since 1921

The Last Saturday in August is the day The Blackmen go on Parade. Sir Knights of the City of Belfast traditionally leave the City and visit another part of the Province. This is a day for familly and friends to enjoy together  and normally the last Parade of the summer.

Listed below are the various locations we have visited since 1921

There were no Parades during the War Years 1939 to 1945 and also from 1969 to 1971 when all gatherings were subject to a Government Ban.
