May I take this opportunity to welcome you all to this City of Belfast Grand Black Chapter Website. I am very conscious that many of those who visit this website will have little if any knowledge of the City Grand Chapter in particular or indeed of the Royal Black Institution in general.

The website has been initiated to give what we trust will prove to be authentic, relevant and interesting information to enable those who visit and view it , a better understanding of our City Grand Chapter.

The City Grand Chapter is totally based on the teachings of Holy Scripture and is committed to the furtherance of the Christian message of the Cross. In adhering firmly to the traditions of the Reformed Christian Faith, we therefore intentionally offer no malice or offence to anyone.

To celebrate and commemorate our traditions and history, ever vigilant that our British way of life is not removed or diluted.

Engage in Charitable outreach.

To demonstrate our charitable living and caring through positive and compassionate actions.
