OrangeNet
was established as a web site in January 1999 and took a lot of hard work
and effort to put together. It was not until the end of March 1999 that
the OrangeNet web site was publicised.
OrangeNet
aims to:
Promote
the global nature of the Orange Order and to provide comprehensive coverage
of its historical, cultural and religious aspects;
To
provide a central resource for Orange Order web sites and help improve wider
access to individual lodge sites;
and
to
Bring
a better standard of design, presentation and professionalism to existing
web pages.
OrangeNet
has been a great success and even before our web site had been designed
we were hosting a number of Orange and Unionist sites from around the globe.
These sites can be found throughout the OrangeNet directory.
The
OrangeNet team would like to thank everyone who has made OrangeNet a success
